Mercy in Motion
Transportation is the #1 barrier to recovery.
We provide safe, reliable transportation so individuals can reach the next level of care without delay.
Services include:
Detox to transitional or sober housing
Outpatient treatment and therapy appointments
Uber, Lyft, MARTA cards, and gas vouchers
Hospital, shelter, and jail-to-treatment pickups
Emergency and after-hours transportation
Warm handoffs between providers
Transportation Access Program
Safe Passage Transitional Support
Ensures individuals do not leave detox into homelessness or high-risk environments.
Services include:
Discharge and transition planning
Coordination with shelters and sober living homes
Food, hygiene kits, and basic needs support
Clothing and weather-appropriate gear
Crisis stabilization support
Stabilization Assistance for High-Risk Clients
Supports individuals experiencing homelessness, poverty, or lack of insurance.
Services include:
Medication assistance when uninsured
Case management and non-billable support hours
Emergency food and basic necessities
Assistance obtaining identification and benefits
Support navigating Medicaid, SSI, and SSDI
Street to Stability
Reaches individuals at the highest risk of overdose and relapse.
Services include:
Street outreach and engagement
Same-day connection to detox or treatment
Harm reduction education and supplies
Transportation during extreme weather
Drop-in support through community partners
Homeless Outreach & Engagement
Circle of Support
Supports individuals after detox and treatment to maintain recovery.
Services include:
Transportation for recovery commitments
Peer recovery coaching and support
Non-billable peer-led groups
Emotional regulation and life-skills support
