Why We Exist

Many individuals leave detox ready to recover but without transportation, housing access, or support. This gap often leads to relapse, overdose, or hospitalization within days.

We exist to make sure recovery continues.

Our support helps individuals reach:

  • Transitional and sober housing

  • Outpatient treatment and therapy

  • Medical and psychiatric appointments

  • Recovery and stabilization services

How We Help

Our programs include:

  • Emergency and scheduled transportation

  • Crisis transition support

  • Stabilization and basic needs assistance

  • Homeless outreach and peer recovery support

These services improve treatment retention and long-term stability.
